vintage

I love this blog, Sally Jane Vintage. I don't think I could pull off her look but I'm amazed at her thrift store finds. She also has links to pieces that she's selling on her eBay store.

I'm inspired to hit the thrift stores and see what I can find.

I've been looking for a vintage-inspired bathingsuit for about a year now...MUST GET. :D

ooooh... thrifting can be a risky business, though. Most stuff stinks like really bad B.O. hahaha... but I hear that soaking garments in HOT water with baking soda should alleviate that.

OMG my fave things to find at thrift stores are wedding dresses. I don't buy them.. I just like to look at them and touch them... I found a really nice one that I loved at the Salvation Army once. It was so antiquey feeling. Le sigh.
